Rich Ollivier has over 35 years experience inspecting and designing septic systems. As a former Sanitarian with Snohomish Health District, he has developed a trusted and respected reputation within the septic industry throughout Snohomish County. He is knowledgable, conscientious and dedicated to providing quality customer service.
When not working, Rich enjoys traveling, hiking and is an avid sports fan – Go Mariners!
Meet Josi
Josi Ollivier has spent the last 23 years providing office support at Snohomish Health District, 10 years of that in the Environmental Health Division processing well and septic applications. With this valuable experience, she is able to ensure your application is processed in the most efficient manner possible.
In her free time, Josi enjoys traveling, interior design projects and spending time outdoors in the garden. She also shares the office with a lazy cat named Freckles.
